Set along the inviting Long Island Sound in Mamaroneck, New York, in beautiful Westchester County, every corner of our grounds offers something extraordinary.

With 655 member families and a dedicated team of over 250 employees, Beach Point Club proudly continues its tradition as a family-focused private club, bringing generations together through vibrant social events, recreation, and community.

BEACH POINT CLUB

A CENTURY OF EXCELLENCE

2025 marked our Centennial Summer, a celebration of 100 years of memories at Beach Point Club. We kicked things off with our Centennial Festival, proudly billed as “A Party So Big It Took 100 Years to Plan,” and concluded the season with our "Rock Around the Decades” concert. In between, members were treated to a series of unforgettable events, including the July 4th Premiere of our "BPCentennial" documentary film, which brought members together to honor a century of tradition, community, and joy at their club.

The BPYC Marina, our members' gateway to Long Island Sound, boasts 50 slips and a Sailing Center for education.

BEACH POINT YACHT CLUB

BPYC has earned a stellar reputation for its Junior Sailing program, a true crown jewel of the Long Island Sound. Each summer, the water comes alive with two marquee youth events that clubs across the Sound can’t wait for. Younger sailors enjoy Optimania, a regatta where Opti sailors test their skills in a series of races in a fun atmosphere. Older junior sailors compete under the stars in the rigorous Junior Overnight Race. First launched in 1958, this iconic event is still a fixture in the Sound.

The Waterfront

The Waterfront feels like a tropical paradise here in Westchester County, NY. Members can swim and relax on our private beach or take a dip in one of two sparkling pools. If they are seeking a bit of solitude, adjacent to our beach is Sam's Point, a beautiful adult-only green space on the water's edge.

The Clubhouse

Originally built in the 1890s and improved with modern additions, like our all-glass ballroom that overlooks Long Island Sound, our Clubhouse is the heart of Beach Point Club. Members gather for casual cocktails, small bites, and to watch the biggest sporting events at the Burgee Bar. For larger meals, members have the choice of our classic Dining Room or a more modern bar-and-grill atmosphere in the Soundview Dining Room. In the warmer months, al fresco dining on the terrace and cocktails on the Veranda make every evening unforgettable. The cozy library offers a quiet escape, and our more health-minded members enjoy the fully equipped fitness center.

Our events for members are a constant reminder to them of why they chose Beach Point and a showcase for them to treat the guests they are treating to an evening at the club. With annual events like our "Hampton's Party," July 4th, Camp Out, or Polar Plunge, and a growing calendar of new events such as our Members Educating Members lecture series, members have a variety of ways to spend their days and evenings. There's something for everyone, from the young to the young at heart, or those seeking a relaxing or educational night out.

STAFF

The backbone of Beach Point Club is, of course, the 255 members of our dedicated staff. We seek not just the most talented, but those with the best attitudes. Those who will work hard, work well with others, and give the members a positive experience with every interaction. We do our best to find ways to help members know each staff member on a first-name basis. In addition, when someone joins the Beach Point Team, we see to it that they are taken care of every step of the way, not just through training them to make Beach Point a better place, but also by assisting them with their personal aspirations to help them achieve their own goals. This is done through our member-funded 1925 Foundation, a non-profit created to provide scholarships to our staff and to assist them with unexpected financial hardships.
